Liability Policy for Rustic Roots Eats LLC

Allergies and Health Reactions
Rustic Roots Eats LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to providing the highest quality food and service. However, the Company shall not be held liable for any illnesses, allergic reactions, or adverse health effects caused by ingredients unless full disclosure of allergies or dietary restrictions is made in writing at the time of event booking. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the Company of any known allergies or dietary needs. If allergies are not disclosed, the Company is released from any liability for related health issues.

Booking Deposit Policy
To secure your event with Rustic Roots Eats LLC, a deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and will be applied to your final balance. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the event is canceled less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date. Any cancellation made within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Agreement and Acknowledgement
By submitting the consultation deposit, the client acknowledges their understanding of, and agreement with, the terms outlined above, including the client’s responsibility to disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions, and the non-refundable nature of the deposit within the specified timeframe.
